Tuesday, September 29 – LIS Interfaith Meditation
From 7-8pm PST, anyone who is interested is invited to join us for our monthly meditation gathering. No prior meditation experience or practice is necessary. This will be a guided meditation, led by our friend and Sikhee meditation instructor, Sukvinder Kaur Vinning. These meditations will take place from 7-8pm on the last Tuesday of every month.
